The Alice in Wonderland Collectors Network is a resource and communication vehicle for those who collect Alice stuff. I use the technical term "stuff" because it is all encompassing and when talking about Alice collectors "all- encompassing" tends not to include nearly enough. As the Alice books can be read on many levels, so Alice collecting can also be pursued on many levels. Some people concentrate on one particular area, dolls for example, and some focus even finer, artist dolls. Others have to have everything (except dolls). Here I say, each to his or her own. I will try to accommodate everyone's needs. After all these are needs.
There will be a feature article in each edition, but I don't know how often editions will be published. For starters, I will write the articles, but I hope you will all contribute eventually. To state the obvious, this page will only be as successful as you and I make it. I have added a featured site to the mix, which I imagine will change every month or as the spirit moves me, whichever comes first. I am also asking for collectors to send in images of an unusual collectable, so we can establish a gallery.

Joel was lying on the bank wondering how he was ever going to write the ultimate book on Alice collecting, which he had been threatening to do for years, when an unusual squirl ran by. It was a bit geeky in a computerish sort of way, and when he pulled a Blackberry out of his pocket, Joel was totally taken aback. “I have never seen a Squirl such as this in all my life, or even imagined one”, he exclaimed. The squirl then all of a sudden disappeared into his hand-held device. Joel took this as a sign of something most wondrous and jumped in after him. What followed was the answer to a dream.
Follow the dream. The dream died along with squirl. If it seems too good to be true ...
